Ethereal meets old school Blues and Jazz with a modern twist. Mollie's songs will transport you into another place and time entirely. As an up-and-coming North Carolina native singer/songwriter, she draws inspiration from 70s rock, 50s soul and modern day powerhouse female artists of the UK like Florence Welch, Adele and KT Tunstall. Her carefully crafted genre, New Age Blues, is both honest and raw and has been called "entrancing" and "addictive".

Mollie Bradford Signs with Nu Galaxy Records

Singer, Songwriter, and Stylist Mollie Bradford has signed a  deal with NuGalaxy Records to bring her “new age blues” to a larger, more diverse audience.

CHARLOTTE, NC - 12/05/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — Poet Laureate Maya Angelou once said, “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” For artist Mollie Bradford this is an adage she can live by. Not only is she a stylist whose work has been featured in major publications but she is a singer-songwriter, as well. She describes her work as “new age blues” and has been playing live for years before finally signing on with NuGalaxy Records.

“We are happy to announce that Mollie has signed with NuGalaxy Records. Her music is original, exciting and speaks to the heart. We can’t wait to see what she’s going to deliver as her skills mature and are glad that we get to be a part of taking her music and putting it out there in the world.” ~ NGM

Songs like Canthem deliver a sample of what can be found in her catalog of haunting, visceral new age blues that both celebrates and mourns love. Her vision of music is to fuse sounds and styles that others would not normally believe could “play well with others.” According to Bradford, her music is for rainy days and sunny days, and in between days when life gets complicated. When asked what people could expect to find in her music, her reply was “the ethereal.”
